Viga Technologies is a software and services provider focused on the improvement of document-centric business processes through the application of the Adobe® Intelligent Document Platform. Our customers are businesses who are dependent on slow and expensive paper and telephone based processes that produce large volumes of unique documents (statements, invoices, activity confirmations, etc.) and thousands of calls into call centers. Their operational costs continue to escalate (the rising price of labor and postage are great examples) and, in spite of significant investments in EDI and the Internet, these businesses have not been able to get customers and business partners to accept electronic alternatives in any significant volume.
