HIPAA administration and the growth of High Deductible Health Plans pose new challenges for healthcare providers. While many have begun to use email for scheduling processes, they are eager to communicate securely with patients for other forms of pre-encounter screening, eligibility updates and billing processes. We are currently working with providers to adapt the Adobe Intelligent Document platform to their unique requirements of security, portability and low cost.
